These policies help protect appointment time and create a smoother experience for every client.
Consultations — $25 for new clients
No deposit is required for any service, including consultations. New clients to Pazzion Stylez must complete a $25 consultation before their first service. The consultation fee is applied toward the first completed service total. Existing Pazzion Stylez clients remain returning clients when switching stylists. An additional consultation may be requested when needed.
Deposits
No deposit is required for any Pazzion Stylez service, including consultations. Please review the selected service details and any consultation fee before confirming your appointment.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations do not require a deposit to rebook. Please contact the salon as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period applies. Later arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day's appointments.
No-Shows
No deposit is collected, so there is no deposit to forfeit. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability; please contact the salon if you cannot attend.
Guests & Children
Only clients receiving services should attend unless an additional guest or child is approved in advance.
Products & Services
Opened personal-care products are final sale except damaged/incorrect orders. Service concerns should be reported promptly so reasonable corrections can be discussed.
